Pumpkin Wash

Hello loves,

Today I have a fun activity for you & your little. It's super simple and you can use items you already have in your home. Summer has been obsessed with Pumpkins this season, every time we go to the grocery store she has to play with the pumpkins and always gets a couple more to bring home. True story, on our recent trip to Laguna Beach for my birthday, we went to Trader Joe's to get a few groceries and she picked out 3 more pumpkins which we used as decoration in our Villa and brought home with us. All the way from Laguna Beach lol! I love thinking that some are special pumpkins from our trip. Anyways, she loves playing with the pumpkins day and night and brings them from our outside porch to inside and even in her toy car on walks with the doggies. So I thought why not make a pumpkin activity that is both productive and fun? I filed a large tupperware that I got at Target with a squirt of dish soap and water. I used the garden hose and did this all outside on our patio so I wouldn't have to carry the tub full of water but you could easily do this in the bathtub as well for easy cleanup. Summer loved giving the pumpkins a "bubble bath" I also gave her a couple art sponges and different sized cups to play and pour water over the pumpkins. She loved this activity and enjoyed the change of scenery since we normally play inside our house. I also love it now that the pumpkins are nice and clean and I don't have to worry about her carrying them around everywhere. I highly recommend this super simple fall themed activity for you and your little pumpkins.

Comment down below your favorite fall activity or family tradition. We love going to the Schnepf Farm Pumpkin and Chili Party every year. It's been a tradition of mine and my husband's since before Summer was born. We went last year as well. I'm excited to go this year now that Summer is a little bit older and can walk! Lots of love xx.
